So the other day I found myself with the not-so-terrible problem of have extra pie dough left over after making a delicious quiche which I will soon be posting about. Well I suppose I could have used this pie dough to make, say a regular sized pie, which I’m sure we all would have loved. But what’s more fun than a regular sized pie? 12 MINI PIES!
