If you’ve spent any time perusing around Living the Sweet Wife, you may have noticed that I already have a quinoa chili recipe on here. In fact, it’s one of my most popular and highest pinned posts!
This time I decided to mix things up a bit and. As you may or may not know, Josh and I are restricting a lot of our sugar intake and changing a lot of our eating habits and it’s been absolutely amazing! (Those eating habits being: limiting eating out, cutting processed foods, cutting almost all sweets, and paying attention to sugar that’s disguised in food. I’ll write a more in-depth post about this at some point). Something so simple has made us lose the weight that we had been working so hard to lose for such a long time! This quinoa chili recipe is on the sweeter side WITHOUT any brown sugar added or sugary sauces.

MANGOS + HONEY! You can get excited about that. Don’t hold back. I have such a sweet tooth and if I can find an alternative for sweetness that I actually like, that’s a win for me!

This chili was so perfect to have on a rainy cold day! Also, I love knowing at 2 o’clock that dinner is just going to BE ready on it’s own by 6. How great is that? Crock pots are awesome.
