In every home there’s always that one recipe that you make 1. because it’s delicious, and 2. because it reminds you of home. Now my parents are both great cooks and I’ve learned everything I know about cooking/baking from being in the kitchen with them. This is one of those recipes that was a staple in our home because it’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s got crowd appeal. I hadn’t made this dip in forever but the other night we were having a small GOP debate party at our house and I decided to whip something up last minute for everyone to much on while we were watching Donald Trump tell everyone they were ugly in the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library (that’s not the only reason we were watching, just FYI). I was not expecting all the compliments I got for this super simple dip recipe that I literally whipped up in 5 minutes.
[amd-yrecipe-recipe:14] Again, I am all about making mom’s lives easier, and this dip is a no-brainer when it’s party time. Zero prep. Just mix, sprinkle, and go. If you’d like to make your cream-cheesy dip a little chunkier, try mixing in rotel or refried beans. Let me know what other add-ins you tried for this!
That sounds really good! I might have to make it for my next shindig! <3
Sounds simple and yummy! I’m sure the kids will love it!
I’m always looking for new dip ideas..this looks divine!
