Hello Kitty in Cost Plus World Market Seattle!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Cost Plus World Market. All opinions are 100% mine.

Gift ideas from Hello Kitty in World Market!

Recently, we had the opportunity to visit the Hello Kitty and Friends Collection at my Cost Plus World Market store in Seattle. I’m a huge World Market fan as it is and when I heard about their Hello Kitty & Friends exclusive collection, I had to check it out! If you’re not familiar with Cost Plus World Market, they are a specialty retailer that has everything for your home from floor to ceiling, including rugs, furniture, décor, dinnerware, lighting and more.

Consequently, every year, around this time of year, I get the same question from family and friends:

“What do the kids want for Christmas??”

So I thought I’d take the time to marry our recent experience with this annual question and call out some of the adorable gifts from the Hello Kitty and Friends Collection gifts we found which is only available at World Market stores during the holiday featuring the biggest assortment of Hello Kitty products to date!

First of all, coming from a background in marketing, I have to say that Hello Kitty has amazing branding!

Their colors are trendy as well as classic and catch your eye the instant you walk in the store.

The first thing Evy did when we walked in the store was make a beeline towards the plush toy section where she found the biggest Hello Kitty she could find and asked us if we could bring it home. She then also found her gigantic fluffy friend’s smaller counterpart and asked if she could take it home as well. Since we had a budget set for our trip, we were happy to say yes to both.

David, whose favorite things in the world are crafts and treats, immediately found the gifts that were best suited for him on the other side of the Hello Kitty pop-up section.

David found a Hello Kitty cookie decorating kit that’s as festive as it is cute. It comes with everything you need to decorate 9 already baked cookies, making for a tasty and easy craft for the kids that, for once, I didn’t need to hype up.

He also found a scrapbooking kit which is absolutely perfect for him as he loves cutting paper, drawing, and sticking stickers on everything.

We also found the most adorable snack box which had Hello Kitty brand snacks and other Japanese candies and soda bottles. They were so cute and the kids were thrilled to try them!

Besides this, we found so many other adorable gifts like macaron lip gloss, squishy toys, individual snacks, keychains, craft kits, bedtime I masks, headbands, hair clips, tote bags, and so much more. Plus, this holiday season, they have a NEW Hello Kitty and Friends Collection designed exclusively for World Market!

Judging by our kids’ reaction, I think it’s safe to say that any number of these gifts would be perfect to send as inspiration for family and friends OR to use for your own holiday shopping list!! And if you want to grab a little something for yourself in the meantime, they even have Hello Kitty Cabernet Sauvignon and sparkling rose. Think of it as your reward for getting some Christmas gifts checked off your list!

The Hello Kitty and Kitty Friends Collection will be available until December 24th, so you have just enough time to visit and grab adorable gifts for the special people in your family!

Check out World Market to view their online selection of Hello Kitty gifts!

  • So I know the title of this post says, “What men want most in a wife,” but to be more realistic, this is about what men need most in a wife. Like men, there are a lot of things that we (women) would really like in a husband. Like, it’d be a huge plus if he looked like Chris Hemsworth. But that’s not really what we need in order to have a positive relationship with our spouse. If we married him, we probably think he’s pretty cute, anyway. Take a look at these 5 things a man really needs in a wife, and if you can think of anything else, share your thoughts in the comments below! 5 Things men want most in a wife
